- Our goal at Tusa Show Cattle is to provide quality livestock and service, and build a personable relationship with our customers. We believe in going the limit to serve our customers and providing services that most other businesses don't.
- Tusa Show Cattle is owned and operated by Jacob and Ingrid Tusa. We are conveniently located in central Texas and a short drive from most major Texas cities. The Tusa's offer a unique combination of both education and experience with livestock and the show cattle business.

- Ingrid grew up on a farm and ranch in Ericksdahl, Texas, a small Swedish community 45 miles northeast of Abilene. The youngest of five daughters, Ingrid was raised around cattle her entire life. She attended her first show at 1 month old, and she and her family has been competitive in the show ring for years.
The Oman family have won Grand or Reserve Grand Champion honors at almost every major show in Texas. Some of their most memorable wins include:
- Grand and Reserve Grand Champion Steer at the State Fair of Texas in 1983 and 1984, respectively.
- Grand Champion Steer at the Fort Worth Livestock Show in 1989
- Reserve Grand Champion Steer in 1984 at the San Antonio Livestock Show.
- Two-time championships at the Sandhills Hereford Show (1989 & 1996) and two-time Reserve Championships at the Sandhills Hereford Show (1979 & 1988)
- 1993 Reserve Hereford Steer and Reserve Carcass Overall at San Antonio.
Ingrid's family have been champions in the TCCA for several years, and consistently ranked in the Top Ten All Around. Ingrid won 3 TCCA High Point buckles: Champion Senior Showman in 1997 & 1999 and the 1997 Champion Hereford Exhibitor.
Ingrid received the honors of Reserve Grand Hampshire Hog at the 1998 Arizona National State Fair and the 1993 Grand Champion Hereford Female at San Antonio. While in high school, she was actively involved in FFA, where she served as an Area II Vice President and was selected as the 1999 Texas State Star Lone Star Farmer in Amarillo, Texas. She was a member of both the National Champion Meats Judging Team and the National Champion Livestock Judging Team at Texas A&M and is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelors degree in Agricultural Economics and a masters degree in Agricultural Education at Texas A&M University.
Jacob grew up in Reagan, Texas, just 35 miles south of Waco, exhibiting championship steers and hogs across the state. His high school accomplishments earned him a judging team scholarship at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M. At NEO, he received an Associates Degree and was a member of their award-winning Livestock Judging Team. Jacob earned the 10th High Overall award at the North American Junior College Livestock Judging Contest, 7th High Overall at the Kansas Junior Livestock Show, 1st Placings Overall at the Sioux Empire Judging Contest, and 13th High Overall at the American Royal.
He then went on to attend Texas A&M University and graduate with a degree in Animal Science. During his time spent at Texas A&M, he was a member of TAMU's National Champion Livestock Judging Team, among many other national judging awards. One of his proudest accomplishments was being awarded 3rd High Individual at the North American Intercollegiate Livestock Judging Contest in Louisville, Kentucky and 2nd High Individual at the National Western Intercollegiate Livestock Judging Contest in Denver, Colorado.
Jacob has operated Tusa Show Cattle since 1998, when he was a student in Oklahoma. He now serves over 100 families and customers nationwide.

Directions: In Reagan on Highway 6, turn west onto FM 413 (at yellow flashing light). Drive approximately 3.5 miles and turn left onto CR 214 (gravel road). Barn is approximately 1/4 mile down on the right side of the road.
